    Candidate Research and Development

    EOLIS meets with candidates, either in video conferences or in person, often in multiple meetings, to ensure the completion of important probing discussions required to evaluate the mutual suitability of a potential match.

    Candidate Registration Process

    • Lawyers are invited to submit their biographical material to: eolis@eolis.com
    • EOLIS enters and validates candidate data from a wide variety of sources into the EOLIS proprietary database.
    • Completion of Candidate Inquiry Forms is required for consideration of specific searches.
    • Candidate qualifications are presented to clients, as appropriate to the requirements of the search.
    • Qualified candidates meet with EOLIS’s senior leadership before meeting an EOLIS client.
    • The suitability of a specific search is evaluated promptly.
    • Search Qualified Candidates are referred to employer-retained assignments; the fees are employer-paid.
    • Candidates seeking advice concerning a career transition may consult EOLIS's career management division.

    COUNSEL SEARCHES AND REVIEWS 

    EOLIS helps clients search for suitable law firm representation, special counsels, and the replacement of conflicted counsels. EOLIS also reviews relationships between in-house lawyers and outside law firms to evaluate opportunities for improvement.

    Opportunistic Placement Recruiting--On Occasion

    EOLIS clients are invited to list their long-range search goals for our review and discussion with qualified candidates not under consideration for another EOLIS search opportunity. Opportunistic searches are available on a contingency fee basis only to current and previous EOLIS clients, and in accordance with EOLIS's standard contingency fee schedule provisions.

    EMPLOYER FEES

    EOLIS searches, vetting projects, and legal consulting activities are retainer-based. This provides clients with the necessary allocation of time and effort to identify, court, and vet true superstars with the requisite chemistry to fit the needs of the anticipated role.
