Hope's Champion Task Force
Following her experience as Special Advisor to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and First Assistant to Governor George E. Pataki (NY), Wendeen Eolis was well positioned after 9.11 attacks on the World Trade Center, to mobilize and lead an initiative to assist small businesses dislocated by the events at the the Twin Towers. She relied upon a small corps of lawyers and law student volunteers that were experienced in Eolis International Group's elite government affairs assignments. These activities were the inspiration for the Hope's Champion Task Force, which oversees specialized emergency preparedness and disaster operations crisis counseling services worldwide.

Crisis Management
- Evacuation activities
- Special counsel retention
- Relocation assistance
- Career transition counseling
- Legal consulting
- Retention of pro bono counsel
The prototypes for the varied services for which HCTF is now responsible were developed in the first few months after the terrorist attacks in New York. Ms. Eolis traveled throughout the Middle East, meeting with government agency representatives, military personnel, and social services professionals on behalf of American interests and friends of America here and overseas.
In the fall of 2002, Ms. Eolis' leadership in obtaining legal services for government, business and civic organizations in the aftermath of terrorist incidents and weather related events led to the formalization of HOPE's Champion Task Force. Since then, under Ms. Eolis' command, HCTF has facilitated sophisticated crisis counsel initiatives, requiring specialized legal talent in dealing with both government and civic-based initiatives.
HCTF works quietly and prodigiously in the background, treating each assignment as if it were a business project for a valued client---with just $1 dollar of compensation to the woman who seized the opportunity and the role as its commander.
Hope's Champion brings to the table a broad cultural awareness as well as an imposing network of contacts for this global program which has provided wide range of services in the aftermath of 9.11 in America, Europe, the Middle East, and North and South Asia.
Since the events of 9.11, EOLIS consultants have participated in scores of humanitarian projects under the banner of Hope's Champion Task Force.
