Each consulting matter is staffed with a project director and additional consultants, as appropriate, with degrees in business, law, behavioral sciences, technology and other such specialized training, as needed. Educational programs are customized and presented by specialized experts. Under the supervision of a project director, researchers are drawn from universities, graduate programs and law schools to assist in serving our diverse global client base. Personnel assigned to international projects are either fluent or native speakers of the local language.
Affiliates obtain the right to use the designation "Affiliate" upon demonstrating expertise that is requisite to an EOLIS assignment. Affiliates provide management and research support worldwide. Each affiliate agrees to subscribe to the policies and standards set forth by Wendeen Eolis Enterprises, Inc., including the Company's stringent ethical standards. Affiliates are also expected to support, fully, EOLIS' core values.
Assignments are performed under the direction of Wendeen H. Eolis, CEO. EOLIS is committed to attracting "the best and the brightest." The EOLIS team of professional talent notably includes youth and seniors to ensure a mix of high energy, fresh ideas, in-depth experience, and pearls of wisdom. Project Directors are drawn from the ranks of retired business executives, partners, and general counsel of the legal profession, as well as other experienced consultants in the affiliate network. Directors offer broad-based professional and administrative capabilities. They organize and oversee the execution of client objectives around the globe. Researchers and assistant consultants are drawn primarily from competitive graduate programs in business, law, and the behavioral sciences. Student interns are responsible for updating business information, reviewing government regulations and tracking the paths of thousands of businesses, law firms and governments as well as principals, partners and employees around the world. Research supervisors are drawn from graduate students with extensive experience in the workplace. Qualified interns have direct client contact and participate in presentations.
EOLIS support teams consist of administrative personnel, clerical assistants, and technology specialists, most of whom are student interns attending specialized high schools and prestigious colleges in the New York City area. Outstanding school achievement and prior work experience are pre-requisites. Support staff demonstrates a strong work ethic, and like the rest of EOLIS project members, are hired based upon their commitment to EOLIS core values. Each person is given meaningful assignments and is an integral part of a high-energy team. College students work a maximum of twenty hours per week and high school students work a maximum of eight hours a week (during the school term). Both college and high school support staff work full time during school recesses and summers.
