National Law Firm NYC Office Takes Lead

NEW YORK (October 1, 2012) Eolis International Group's recent placement fee study indicates that the majority of NYC law firms are unwittingly adopting fee schedules to their detriment.

One national law firm has responded with a full-scale review of its fee arrangements with recruiters, noting for future reference recruiters will be expected to describe their services as part of their fee agreement and will be expected to to demonstrate responsibility for making the placement, explaining the mere transmittal of a candidate resume first in time does not necessarily establish  by itself a basis for payment of a placement fee.
