    EOLIS conducts top-level attorney searches and related vetting assignments. The Company provides law firms with high-performing individual partners, partner groups, and firm acquisition/merger candidates. EOLIS also works on substantial matters with corporate law departments and the C-Suite, in hiring of general counsel and chief legal officers. EOLIS' vetting services for law firms review the credentials,  experience, expertise,  and client rainmaking history of candidates interviewing at the Firm directly.

    In 2010, EOLIS added corporate directorship searches and vetting projects to help boardroom clients evaluate candidates with JD degrees. Additionally, the Company conducts searches for other unique positions that require or consider a JD credential, including CEOs,  EVPs, COOs, and investment bankers, as well as special talent such as television commentators, think tank consultants, and mediation experts, among others.

    EOLIS' boardroom practice includes searches for JD credentialed candidates primarily for public companies seeking independent directors. EOLIS is also retained by corporate boards for director vetting assignments with a deep bench of qualified candidates to submit for "pipeline" consideration. EOLIS advisory services to Boards of Directors include recommendations of law firms as  "special counsel," wherein the Board's available counsel is conflicted or otherwise unable to provide the necessary services.

    EOLIS' career transition services division has a notable niche in preparing individual lawyers seeking a career transition to board directorship. The Company assists them in attracting board attention, including refreshing biographical material, network mapping, board interview preparation, research on board openings and anticipated searches, development of board watch lists, and target lists that identify specific employer openings

    EOLIS' Attorney Career Transition Services offer senior-level attorneys collaborative career coaching to prepare for a unique partnership change, a C-Suite role, a corporate directorship, and other positions that may favor a JD credential.

    Services include presentation advice to make the pivot from counsel to board director and the use of relevant algorithms, common sense refinements, and enhanced judgment in the development and refreshment of LinkedIn profiles and personal CVs, and assistance in accessing critical information to the pursuit of a board seat--openings, key players in the process--and their contact information.
